tribute by Rosita Libenson FichtelWhen I think of darling Bethann, I shall always remember how wonderful she looked at our 40th reunion with her homemade bracelet and flirty skirt. She looked ten years younger than the rest of us. She was kind and funny and I miss her immensely.
tribute by Suzi ShepardI had a call recently from Bethann's brother, Charlie. He had come across some LEBO artifacts Bethann had carefully preerved and offered them to our Gang of 6 for use at the LEBO 50/50 event. He told me of her career as a talented artist and illustrator. He thought she would have come to our 50th, and perhaps led a Roundtable for the '13s who have a passion for art. Finding one's way in life is not easy, but she never gave up her passion for freedom and self-expression. That's what artists do, and we will remember her on 9/28 with love and admiration.
